Tortilla Soup
The sneaky trick to this delicious delight is using fresh vegetable juice for the broth. It makes the flavor far more robust and therefore lessens the need for salt. I use Southwest Spice Blend as the seasoning, which does have some salt in it. But you can easily leave that out and add your own spices.
Green Enchilada Casserole
I LOVE green enchiladas, so naturally I had to come up with a way to get my fix without the chicken, loads of salt, and oil. And here it is! The only salt present is in the jar of salsa. Peanut Ginger Sauce

This is mine and my husbands favorite thing to make as it lasts for days and many uses. (If … Read More

There are several different ways to cook … Read More

NOTE! This recipe requires a special ingredient: Benson’s no salt seasoning blend “Masterpiece.” You can still do without it, and add your own mix … Read More

This bright yellow sauce will give even the most stubborn cheese lover a run for their money. Nothing *truly* compares to cheese, but holy wow does this come close! Use this for Mac ‘n Cheese, nachos, tacos, baked potatoes, whatever your heart desires. (When used with other foods, it REALLY tricks the tongue) My husband, a die hard cheese lover, … Read More
Sweet & Savory Orange Sauce
